Charging For Entry

This year entry to Actors Pro Expo is £10, and here is why…

First as Surviving Actors and now as Actors Pro Expo, our focus for the last 13 years has always been to minimise the costs to those wanting to come to our events – to make them accessible to as many actors as possible.

This year we’re charging a small entry fee to allow us to offer more to the attendees who mean so much to us.

It’s simple to explain why – our costs have increased significantly over the last 13 years – for example our venue cost (chosen for its central location and overall accessibility) is 1250% more than in our first year of business. Although we have a group of valued sponsors and exhibitors whose contributions subsidise the cost of running an event like Actors Pro Expo, we can’t cover it all this way.

But the good news is that although we’re now charging for entry the event will be bigger and better than ever, offering you even more value for your hard earned cash and the time it takes to attend! Included in the entry fee will be a day packed full of interesting talks (as well as extra workshops and seminars you can opt to pay extra for), a vast array of networking opportunities, as well as direct access to our expert sponsors and exhibitors so you can learn as you enjoy your day.

We’ll be introducing our first ever Actors Pro Expo Stage. There will be a range of live interviews, performances, and photo opportunities throughout the day for everyone to enjoy – whether you’re attending our live event in London, or streaming our online version of the expo.

We hope you’ll understand the reasons behind the much needed entry fee this year, and will still choose to come along and continue to support our event designed by actors, for actors.

We know that our expo is a valuable resource to thousands of actors, and a highlight of the industry calendar. We want to keep growing and running the event for many years to come, and having a fee for entry is paramount to our survival.
