How Can I Watch The Virtual Seminars?
Seminars will be live streamed via ReAttendance here:
www.reattendance.com/events/83/detailI purchased my seminar ticket on Eventbrite, how do I access Reattendance?
In Reattendance, your individual QR code will have access to all the seminars you have purchased (including any from Eventbrite). You won’t see your QR code until you actually join the event from your dashboard in Reattendance. The event will open on the Reattendance platform from 3pm GMT on Friday 4th February.
All you need to do is log-in on the day (on your mobile), join the event from your dashboard, and then click the QR code button, which will bring up your QR code, which can then be scanned. Any sessions you have paid for will be attached to the same code (including the ones via eventbrite).
How do I access the in person seminars?
These tickets will be uploaded manually to Reattendance, and you will receive an email on how to access. Any tickets purchased will be attached to your personal QR code for access to the in-person seminars.
I purchased my ticket on Reattendance, how do I see which tickets I’ve paid for?
You will receive a confirmation email. You can then log in to Reattendance using the email and password that you registered with:
www.reattendance.com/login From your dashboard in Reattendance head to “My Billing” where you will see your purchases. Please note you won’t see any eventbrite purchases here.
Is this the same as Surviving Actors?
Yes same event – new name!
What time are all the seminars happening?
The full agenda is HERE which gives the times. Remember these are in GMT time zone.
For the live event - are the rooms close? Can I go from 1 seminar, straight in to another?
Yes – the rooms are right next to each other, so you can easily do back-to-back seminars!
Is there a cloakroom at the live event?
Yes – there is a complimentary cloakroom available all day!
I’ve booked an All Access Pass – how do I pick my sessions?
You don’t need to contact us to pick your sessions, you have access to all seminars at the in person event or virtually. You can watch these up to 3 months post event.
How do we get access to recorded seminars?
You can purchase an online ticket for each seminar on ReAttendance, which will also give you access to the replay for up to 3 months after the event.
How do I get access to the event?
I’ve registered for Meals 4 Monologues OR Career Mentoring when will I know my slot?
The slots have all been allocated now. If you haven’t heard from us since your application, unfortunately you did not get a slot this year.
I’ve been given a Meals 4 Monologues OR Career Mentoring slot – how do I get access?
For virtual options – you will be sent a Zoom link! Or, it can also be accessed directly via ReAttendance.
For in-person options – simply come along to the event, and come to the registration desk.
Can I queue up for a Meals 4 Monologues slot, like in previous years?
No! This year all slots have been pre-booked.
Do I need to wear a mask?
We will be encouraging mask-wearing throughout the event, and will be wearing masks ourselves!
Can I refund my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable, but we can transfer them to a different name so let us know if you’d like to do that. Email

If you’ve attended in-person you do not get access to the recording, but if you are attending virtually then your access remains for 3 months.
